Back in business! The good visibility is back!
Afternoon dive in Cha cha 2 point.
on the surface current was going to Manado direction, but after jumped in, it was totally opposite direction (It's call "Nimaijio" in Japanese).
Water temp. was 29℃ as usual but bit warmer side, but I was very happy to see this good visibility went back to normal.
to watching this calm flat see, I could not believe we had big wave till just few days ago at Manado side thus not so easy to close over to main land.

Diving in Manado Tua and Bunaken
Today was beautiful sunny day in the morning.
We dived in Tanjung Kopi on Manado Tua Island, and Raimond point at Bunaken Island.
In Tanjung Kopi, we saw GT, Tuna, Jack fish, Rainbow runner, big Napoleon fish in gentle current.
Watching "Rockmover wrasse" busy moving some coral rocks, it's has such a red eyes looks like DORACULA eyes.
Found small crab looks like just a piece of coral.
Water temp. was 29℃, Visibility about 15m, not bad at all in rainy season.

Lagoon dive, Bunaken Island
We did sunset(night dive) lagoon dive yesterday to see "Mandarin Dragonet" - body size around 3 or 4 cm, it's surely catch your eyes with that colorful pattern on their body.
It was great dive to also see some different creatures who live on the sandy & muddy bottom of the lagoon.

Chinese New Year
Lot's of boat on Sunday around Bunaken Island.
water was very murky due to the storm we had, but when the sunshine came back, it was not too bad in the shallow water.
for the coral reef, this murky water must be necessary process to grow.

Lucky golden color creature on New Years Day.
Feeling lucky after we saw this tiny but beautiful golden color Pontohi pygmy seahorse!
though body size is only less than 1cm.
1st dive in Mikes point was so so visibility due to lot of rain in these few days and gentle down current with surge made us little bit of sea sickness while we were looking down on the coral reef.
The water temp. was 29℃, I think it too warm water still but we saw couple of sharks in deeper.
Lyretail anthias
Happy New Year 2017!

New years eve was raining ... it was chucking it down. so we did our fireworks event last night so as many other resorts around this island, they were beautiful to watch while we having dinner though it was much more exciting to watch our fireworks right on top of us after dinner!!

We had October festival in Bunaken?!
Our repeater guests M & J brought "The Traditional Beer Mug" from Germany.
They remembered their promise to Raf from last year. It's fantastic!!!
It must been very heavy carrying them around while they were doing trip in other areas and islands in Indonesia. It's like 4kg total or more?! including a liter of PAULANER beer can.
Thank you very much M & J!!!

Found a "Blue-ringed octopus"!
At the end of the nice&relaxing afternoon dive, we found "Blue-ringed octopus" (the last picture). when they are upset or angry, you can see some blue rings all over their body, actually it's quite cute looking small octopus even though they are known as one of the world's most venomous marine animals.
